In the Beginning
Los Arcos Mexican Grill features a nice expansive dining room, an open bar, and two dining patios. Los Arcos was founded in 1982 by Walter and Rosa Cardenas, back then, the restaurant was called “Hacienda Los Chiles” just the first day opened they served over 400 lunches. Executive Head Chef
Edwin Membreno transforms the most typical Mexican dishes into an innovative and refreshing proposal. Considered as one of the most creative chefs, he graduated at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Portland, Oregon. He is a talented and experienced head chef trained and studied in preparing and supervising the preparation of foods of all types. He has a great passion for Mexican and Central America Cuisine, making this an everyday tradition.

Vladimir Membreno is a qualified general manager with 15+ years of experience in restaurant management and proven success in organizing tasks, increasing sales, and multiplying business from limited materials and resources. He is responsible to manage the chefs, kitchen staff, cashiers, waiters, bartenders, counter attendants, etc. He shows marked enthusiasm for customer’s satisfaction, Vladimir’s strong quality is to create the best restaurant atmosphere for everyone.
